It is important for students to learn how to deal with this stress. Breaking down huge things into bite size pieces can often help. Planning and writing our daily, weekly and monthly tasks allows us to focus on our priorities better. Using planners and making lists helps us relax by enabling us to concentrate on our short term goals. Also, fun activities only add to busting stress! Coloring therapy helps students to deeply engage in an activity that removes them from the flow of negative thoughts and emotions that can sometimes dominate their lives. We have therefore curated a combined planner and mandala colouring book for students to help them de-stress!
The Planxiety Planner is available in English and in Hindi and is designed as a creative resource to help students manage stress through therapeutic colouring pages that aim to engage users in colouring intricate drawings, including 12 mandalas. The Planner also features weekly calendars, and a set of resources to help plan your week -- including to-do lists and reminders. The planner has been donated for use at Samarpan NGO.
